I ordered a physical copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Student/Teacher edition from Amazon and followed all of the directions for creating an account and installing the software up to and including a copy or my latest pay stub and a copy of my invoice. I waited several weeks for an email with the serial number and nothing ever showed up. I check my products and nothing. I went to Adobe chat for help and they told me I needed a redemption code from Amazon but Amazon says that the serial number should come from Adobe, which makes sense since that is what the direction said also. Amazon bent over backward and sent me another copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro Student/Teacher Edition which I am thinking will have the same problem but they sent it anyway in case. At this point I am happy with Amazon but very unhappy with Adobe since I sent them all of the verification paperwork they required not once but twice now and still no results.
