Adobe sign not working

Hi. When I try to get a pdf signed I get this message in Adobe Acrobat:

Action required to request e-signatures

You can no longer request e-signatures with this user profile linked to xx@xxx.xxx

Please contact your administrator or renew your subscription to restore access.

I have contacted my admin and I have adobe sign in my licence. I have also tried to log out, restart and also uninstall and restart my computer. Noting works. I have also tried the mobile app and it's not working there either.

Anyone got a solution?
