Adobe Troubleshooting - values are being malformed by Adobe

Hi team - I'm noticing that when we map values from salesforce onto one of our PDF forms using Sertifi, some weird things are happening with some of the number values:
  • Annual volume (which in SF has the value $18,000,000) is showing up as 1.8E7
  • Dollar values (in SF say $150,000) show up on the PDF as 150000.0) - they all have just 1 decimal and no comma in the number at the 1000 point
  • Interchange Plus fee (in SF says 3.00) but showing up on PDF as 3.0 (with one decimal point)
Any idea why the PDF values are not showing up as they're listed in SF? Is this an Adobe issue or a SF issue? 2024-05-13_10-34-23.jpg

The issue is more likely with how the values are being imported. An easy way to test it is to clear the form and enter those values manually. If they are displayed correctly when you do that then the problem is with the data that is being imported, not the form.
