Aktivierungslimit Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017

Hallo,

wie kann man das aktivierungslimit von 2 wieder auf 0 setzten, wenn man einmal neu installieren musste? Ich kann meine Version nicht mehr aktivieren, kann mir hier jemand helfen, der Support sendet mich hier hin.

They really should not have sent you here, but it's not the first time they do that...

Go here: https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices

You should be able to deactivate your devices from that page. If you can't, then you have to do it physically from the computers themselves. If you don't have access to the computers any longer, then you're out of luck, I'm afraid.

Vielen Dank, das habe ich alles schon gemacht, hilft leider nicht.

Und der Support erzählt nur, dass sie nicht helfen können und ich wohl tatsächlich einfach pech habe und die Lizenz wohl tot ist. Ziemlich frech, eine Aktivierung im Programm zu verlangen, welches ich lizenzrechtlich korrekt und sauber verwende, und dann, wenn diese nicht funktioniert, nicht helfen zu wollen.

I agree. I would contact them again and demand a solution. If they can't provide one, consider legal action. The EU (where I'm assuming you're located...) has some very strong protections for customers and does not take such actions by multi-nationals lightly. Good luck!
