Thank you. In my case, the "problem" is that when I try to install Adobe Acrobat Pro, I get the message to install "Rosetta" and I don't want that. I don't want to install a version adapted to Intel processors. I don't know if I have explained myself well.

I'm having the same issue. Looks like an update broke the Apple Silicon support for Acrobat. Wonder when they will get this fixed as I'm seeing it use alot more power using Rosetta translation layer.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20615 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

I have checked for updates on my Application and it shows no updates. The version I am on is below. Under setting >General there is no option to run as native apple silicon version. Activity monitor is showing as an Intel app running through Rosetta. I tried uninstalling and re-installing through creative cloud and am still having the same issue.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and check.
Also go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/apple-silicon-m1-processor-support.html and see if that helps.

Please note that the UI is not required as by default, Acrobat has been made to run in native apple mode only. If it’s not running then please check if old keys below are set to disable the apple mode. Also check if this is disabled by the OS “Run in Rosseta’ checkbox present in Get info dialog of OS.
~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist/AcrobatRunInNativeModeDC
To enable native mode, AcrobatRunInNativeModeDC : YES
To enable emulation mode again, set it to NO
