I have a PDF document that I think is assembled from different cut text sections from other documents. When I checked the PDF document via Adobe Acrobat and used the Edit text and images function, you can see the structure of the text blocks. In my case, I see that the text blocks do not have a smooth left edge. You want it to look like everything is left-handed. But it differs about 2 mm on the text blocks that are visible when I use the edit function. Grateful for answers.

If you're looking for a way to align the text blocks, there isn't one.

I have received a PDF document where I believe some clips in parts from
various other documents. Among other things, a signature that is then a
picture. I think it can be used on the same vertical line, which makes it
work in one and the same document. I hope I explain so you can understand !?

Fixing the text in the original document is always the preferred method, but it sounds like that is not an option for you.
You can drop a guide line to help you visually align the text (View> Show/Hide> Rulers) click and hold on the ruler to drag a guide line.
Sometimes it's easier to place the PDF into InDesign (to use as a FPO guide) and just re-set the type from scratch, then export a new PDF.
Also, you can go to file> Properties> Description to determine which application created the PDF, if it was created in Illustrator, (and the links are embedded, and you have access to the fonts) you may be able to edit it there, and re-save as a PDF.
