Hi Haertig

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the PDF file opens automatically when Windows 10 starts.

it seems like Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC is in your startup item list. Please try to disable the startup items in Windows as described in the help page  https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-services-windows.html and reboot the device once and check.

Regards

Amal

Can you confirm the version of the operating system you are using?

On Windows, check your task manager, Start-Up tab.

You probably have them in the hidden Startup Folder.

Open the Run function dialog box by pressing the Windows key + R key simultaneously.

  • The All Users Startup Folder requires the following path:
    • Shell:common startup
  • The Current User Startup Folder requires:
    • Shell:startup

Hi, thanks for responding. Both of those Startup Folder are Empty? Could my
new installed AVANT Antivirus Software make some problems here? What I mean
is that AVANT is delaying some programs to make the Laptop start quicker and
smoother?
