I'll switch from the full CC to Photos only, thus loosing the Acrobat app among others. So I'd like to download an archive of all my Adobe CC documents prior to downgrading my plan. But in the CC or the Acrobat apps, I cannot find a way to do that. Can you help me ?

Hi Tokumeino,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you are trying to download all the documents from Acrobat Cloud Storage, you can do that from your Acrobat web account. Open the link https://adobe.ly/43FO3a0 and sign in using your Adobe credentials. Then, go to Documents and download the files. You may refer to the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/400EUpZ.
For other applications on Creative Cloud All Apps, please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3ZZZLtw.
Feel free to let us know if you need any help.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Thanks but doing so https://adobe.ly/400EUpZ seems to download files one by one. I won't click hundreds of times 🤪 I can't see how to download the full archive of a folder.

The more it goes, the more I suspect that there is no way to download multiple files at once; no to speak about keeping a folder hierarchy. Adobe really pushes indecency if there is no way.

You can select multiple files and download the zip file.

Not really but I have found a (partal solution). You won't be able to download several documents at once unless they are not shared. But once I cancel all sharings (on a one by one basis), then I get the download option when multiple files are selected and it does produce a bined.zip file.
Plus I can only download like 20 PDF files at once, and I cannot downnload a folder. Better than downloading every single file one by one but cumbersome though.

Thanks. That was exactly what I have found and described. And in addition to not working as soon as one selected single file is shared, it works only for a limited number of files, and not for folders (so no hierarchy). Hard to beleive in 2025 from a company such as Adobe, but here we are.
