Batch printing using Adobe DC Standard

Hi,

Have a lots of txt and word files to pdf convert. Saving usual way taking long time cuz need to save files one by one. Is there any way for batch printing?

Yes, I'm sure. Batch capabilities is the main difference between the Pro and Standard versions.

Do you want to print existing PDF files or convert non-PDFs to PDFs?

If the former, merge the files to a single PDF and then print it. If the latter, I don't think that's possible with the Standard version.

You should upgrade to Pro.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I need to convert to pdf. Merging so much files will also take a time and file size will be too big. Are you sure in Pro version batch printing option is available?

Here the steps for those who still looking for the same answer:

In Acrobat X Pro, create an Action (Tools - Action Wizard), point it to the desired folder, add the Print command (under More Tools), and set the output options to "Do not save changes". Now run the action to print the files.
