Blank Page When Downloading Compressed PDF File

I have a 2 page PDF that is 43MB. I successfully uploaded into my Adobe Acrobat Pro and can see both pages. I compressed it to 13 MB and both pages look great. However, when I download it the 2nd page is always blank. I saw in another forum that I should try exporting it here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf, but the 2nd page is still blank.

I'm using Chrome Version 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit) and according to the settings it is the updated version. I've even tried restarting my computer multiple times, but am getting the same results. I've hit a wall and could use some help please. I do this with giant files all the time and never seem to have this problem.

I opened both documents and can see page 2 in both. No blank page.
