Trying to run preflight in Acrobat and the window pops up but is completely blank. No tasks whatsoever, can't click on the analyze buttons, nothing. Everything is grayed out. Have reinstalled, rebooted, repaired, checked for updates and it continues to pull up blank. My counterpart in the office is having the same issue. Both of us have new computers, what are we missing? Running version 2022.003.20282.

have you upgraded to Ventura? If so, i've heard problems with plugins (including adobe's) with that. I would not upgrade at this moment if you don't have to.

Not on a Mac so that's not the issue. But thanks for that insight as I know someone who is that works on their Mac outside of work.

Thanks for giving the exact Acrobat version. It would still be nice to know more on your system and version.

Hi nataliec68662795,

Thanks for reporting the issue and apologies for the inconvenience caused. For further investigation of the issue , I would need following information :

1. System OS and its version

2. Acrobat version (64 Bit or 32 Bit)

Regards,
