I have a doc of 450 pages each page bookmarked, i organised the bookmarks in the order i need how can the pages be relocated  in order to match the bookmark order.?

There's no built-in way to do it, but it is possible using a custom-made script.

Reordering the tagged bookmarks will not reorder the PDF pages and this is feature is not yet available, however, you can file a feature request through the URL Feature Request/Bug Report Form
