HI. When I run the PAC 2.0 checker I get an error message stating "figure element on a single page with no bounding box" for every small single image/figure I have. The context is this: these figures are screen captures of icon buttons from a website with a description next to each. I don't understand why I keep getting this message for these images and how to fix this. Help!
Thanks, Marion

Hi Marion,
The best fix that I've found is to delete each faulty figure tag and re-tag the figure - copy your carefully crafted alt text first. I've tried to document most common PAC 2 errors along with suggestions for fixing, https://taggedpdf.com/508-pdf-help-center/
You might also want to upgrade to PAC 3. It is 90 something percent the same as PAC 2, but with a few nice improvements.

HI. Thank you for the reply.
I'm just curious as to why the bounding box error occurs in the first place. I create training guides and use a lot of screen captures in my documents and the only screen captures that create this error are the small images of icons or buttons. All of my other images are just fine. Fixing them creates a lot of extra work. I would love to know how to prevent this problem in the first place.
thanks again, Mar
