break up text boxes - Acrobat Pro DC

Any way to take the text in a single large full page text box and break it up into the more manageable smaller text boxes?

You'd have to cut and paste the text into new text does, all manually. Despite what Adobe's marketing videos claim, editing text in Acrobat is not generally not a good idea. Acrobat is not a word processing tool. Though you can technically edit text in Acrobat, that should be a last resort. Edit the native file instead and make a new PDF.

Sometimes Adobe will do this on its own.    I would like to force it to do this is the problem...….
