Button's in Adobe.. With Multiple Functions

Hello,

I have a form that I want employees to complete. There is a drop down box for them to select their managers name. Is there a way to have the complete form sent to (Only) the selected manager?

Is that a combination button to achieve this? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. I do have the Adobe CC family of apps.

You can use the result of the dropdown to populate fields for the email and then add a buuton to use that form field data to send an email.
