Every time I try to digitally sign my document with my CaC authorization, Acrobat Reader says that I don't have my CaC connected- even though it is (I tested with other websites). Exact message:
Adobe Acrobat could not find any new digital IDs. If your digital ID is on a hardware token, please make sure it is plugged in and the token interface is properly configured. Contact your system administrator for further assistance.
This is on my MacBook Air. I have a driver installed for my cac reader already.

Hi RaeLynn,
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, You are unable to digitally sign the document with CAC and getting the error 'Adobe Acrobat could not find any new digital IDs. If your digital ID is on a hardware token, please make sure it is plugged in and the token interface is properly configured. Contact your system administrator for further assistance.'
Try resetting Adobe Reader's Preferences once and reboot the machine, to reset the Preferences, please refer to the article https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that helps.
