Hello, I am completely new to Acrobat. I am trying to create an interactive form.
When I do calculations Ihave one column that is product(x) to get the total cost - this works fine. i also want a column that will add the two totals together - ie. 2 adults + 2 Children = 4 people. I have the columns with the adults and children set as drop down lists. So i want it to add up the number slected from the list for adults to be added in a totals colum to the number od children slected form the list for children. Is this possible? Ihave the export values set for each list as the cost relating to how many people selected - for example one adult is 20 pounds, 2 adults is 40pounds etc. I cannot add up excluding the xport value.
I would really appreciate any advice - been trying to work this out for days!

Why not set the export value to the number itself, and then multiply that number by the price per person later on?
You can even place the price in a (hidden) text field and then multiply by it (just make sure to place it as the default value, so it doesn't clear if the form is reset).
That's a much better approach and will make changing the price in the future easier.

Thank so much for the advice. I will do that - it makes much more sense.
