Can not normally scale pictures

The pictures pat on PDF sometimes have strange size of frame, clearly larger than the picture and can not scale the picture, either enlarge or shrink.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Why does Adobe suck? You mean PDF sucks! Depending on how this picture is embedded, you do not see the whole picture, but only the visible area of the picture in a clipping mask. Now, to check the issue, I would need to see the file.

It's a simple screenshot picture and pasted to PDF.

The picture is exactly the size of what you see.

Noted that it's pasted on PDF as a stamp.

Having exactly same issue when using stamp function as well.

What version of Acrobat are you using? I suppose your OS is Windows? What version of Windows are you using?

Windos 10 Pro / 64-bit

It seems have some conditions to triger this bug, don't even know what are the conditions so far.

The page 1 are the normal pictures, screenshot and pasted the same way as all the rest but with not bug.
