Hi TB4520,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.
Please let us know if it happens with other portfolios. Could you please share the screen recording of the steps you take and what happens? Did this start recently? If so, please share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.
It would be helpful if you could share a sample file so we can check.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

This started yesterday. I have tried two different portfolios on 2 different machines with the same issue. It all looks like its printing correctly, but only the first page in the portfolio prints. Adobe Acrobat Pro - Windows 11. I am unable to post a screen record as it contains confidential information. Is there a way for me to send securely?

I have tried this in new and old Adobe. Also tried as an image. Nothing working. It runs like normal, shows the firt report printing by page numbers, then the remaining reports say successful but they never run.

Meenakshi,
This issue has not been resolved and there has been no more responses from Adobe since Saipayan38133503mhmi from the Engineering Team responded two days ago. There has to be a way to resolve this. The issue is greatly impacting our business.

I have a user in my organization who is having this exact issue as well. A second user has reported it as well but i have not confirmed that the issue is the same yet.

I am experiencing the same issue.
When printing multiple PDFs from a portfolio, only the very first PDF is printed; the rest is not printed but shown green check marks on the side.
Adobe, please check and fix. Thanks!

I posted this issue on September 30th right after that specific update, still awaiting feedback.

Hi @Xi5C35 , @TB4520 , @dylan_9580 , @tim_7016 ,
We have informed the engineering team about this issue and we will will be planning for a fix in the near future .
As a temporary workaround , we can open the portfolio file in combine , and then get to work on each of them individually as per need .
Please stay tuned for more updates around this issue .
Thanks and regards ,
Adobe Engineering team .

Any updates on this fix? This issue is causing production issues.

This is causing production issues for me too. I'm jumping on the thread so I can get updated as well.

This bug has completely halted production in our office, in lieu of a fix being pushed immediately can you advise on how we might be able to roll back to an older version of Acrobat? This is costing us a fortune in missed deadlines.

Please fix this as soon as possbile..not in near future unless it is today.

Yes, please give us a solution to reinstall an older version. This issue is halting production. Opening a portfolio and printing each PDF individually is not a work around, it is a waste of valuable time. Also, no response in two days is just not acceptable.

This issue is not a fix in a month or more. This is a NOW fix. We are at a standstill in being able to process our reports which is hundreds of reports that need printed. We can't combine them. We would all like a fix ASAP. Thank you.

I am experiencing the same issue, this is the main thing we use Adobe for and we are also at a standstill.
When printing multiple PDFs from a portfolio, only the very first PDF is printed; the rest is not printed but shown green check marks on the side.
Adobe, please check and fix ASAP. Thanks!

Is there any chance of getting an update on this? It's been two weeks since this was reported and seems to have been going on even longer for some - to have such a crucial feature of a very expensive software completely broken with barely an acknowledgement is completely unacceptable.

Saipayan, this feature is the entire reason why I have your software. My workflow is heavily dependent on being able to print many files at once without having to open, run through the print dialogue, and close each individual file. If that was a viable workaround, I would have no use for Adobe Acrobat. I need some kind of remedy here. Everyone else in this thread seems to be in the same boat. Surely, if this is a complicated engineering issue to solve, we could at least get a hotfix rolling back the initial change that caused this bug. It is deeply frustrating that this has gone on for weeks without any more updates, and if this goes on any longer, I'll be forced to search for a non-Adobe solution to our PDF needs.

Same thing here. Prints first PDF file, then displays green "Success" check marks for the remaining files without displaying the print page count. Have to open each file to print. No batch printing with a portfolio possible. Causing production inefficiency for sure.
