am using my Brother PJ-762 PocketJet 7 printer to print all my files but am unable to print from Acrobat
Looks like Acrobat doesn't support thermal printers.

What happens when you try to print the PDF? Do you get any error message? If yes please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding. Also, a small video recording of the issue would be very helpful.
Please check for any missing/pending update for printer driver and firmware and try updating them also make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

What is the make and model of the printer? Make sure its firmware is updated to the recent version.

hello guys. am reporting another issue we are getting after updating iphone or acrobat laptop app.
We have bill invoices that we scan using Adobe iphone app then create a pdf out of it and then open that pdf in our macbook air. File is working fine but as we try to print it using any printer it just gets stuck.
We have to force quit Adobe and then try again. It is becoming very difficult for scanned pdf to be printed.
sometimes we need for edit so we have to open in laptop.
please help
