I remember using Acrobat some time ago and there was an option to save an image by right-clicking onto it and selecting "Save As". Working with all manner of documents, that was really handy and something that I used pretty-much every day. But now I can't seem to find this option anymore. There is a way to export ALL images in PDF, but that seems like a rather cumborsome tactic, when all you need is one image. Is this option still available? Any way to get it back?

Right-click on the image using the Edit tool:

For me, it doesn't work with Photoshop. Says the colour space of the image is not supported. Works with Paint, but saving a simple image via opening it in Paint, then saving it from there — is kind of a werid workaround)

That is interesting, @JoanDoe. I didn't realize this change until you brought it up. I still have Acrobat X where the old “Save Image As” menu is available. Likewise, I've come across many situations where I needed to extract images quickly. I wonder why this was changed. Thanks for the heads-up!

Maybe I'll have to switch to the old Acrobat X) But, truth be told. the change is rather infuriating, at least to me. Weird to see such basic functionality being cut from the software.

It is, but the DC options are great considering all the setting options available for extracting JPGS, which wasn't available in the older versions. And the ability to exclude images “smaller than” is also handy. How does it go, “gain some, lose some” when it comes to feature updates!
