Hi,

To convert a web page to PDF, you need Adobe Acrobat DC subscription.

If you already have Adobe Acrobat DC installed on your system, please check the Create PDF extension is enabled or not.

You need to enable the extension in order to make it work. Refer the steps provided here: Enable Create PDF extension for Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat

Also, try once to clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

If you still experience the issue, please let us know the dot version of Adobe application you are using.

Can you share the screenshot of the extension button you are referring to?

Regards,

Meenakshi

Dear Meenakshi ji, thank you very much for such an immediate and prompt reply. I've already followed the exact steps as given in the link you have provided for. There is icon at my google chrome too, but only it is greyed and when clicked, the drop-down option list doesn't show CONVERT WEBPAGE TO PDF option.

What do you have mentioned THE ADOBE ACROBAT SUBSCRIPTION, please tell me if it is a paid service and if yes, how to avail it.

please reply to solve my problem.

Yes, it's perhaps $15 per month.

First check to make sure you Acrobat DC and not Adobe Reader DC. Open your PDF viewer program and under the menu bar's "Help" item there should be an option "About Adobe (Acrobat DC/Adobe Reader DC)" or something similar. Click on this option and see the full description of the product and the version number.

I would make sure Google Chrome is up to date as well as your PDF viewer.

You may need to enable the Acrobat plug-in extension in Google.

With Reader one can enable various individual features for a monthly fee but if you use more than 2 or 3 it might be cheaper to subscribe to Acrobat Standard/Professional.
