Hi....

I was able to copy text from Acrobat PDF to Illustrator. But after I update my iMac to macOS Mojave version, I cannot do so. I even tried Edit Text and then copy text, but still cannot paste those copied text to Illustrator text box. I'm not sure if this is macOS Mojave causing this issue, but PDF was able to let me highlight the text and just past into the text box in Illustrator...

***Please help out! I tried reinstalled these two apps, still having this issue. I do not want to upgrade to macOS Catalina, cause seems lots of people running issues with their apps after they upgrade to that version....

You are full of common sense, wait a few more months for Catalina. 😉

In any case, copying and pasting is not a good process between Acrobat and Illustrator because it loses a lot of information.
You should use this process instead:

Thank you, this was solved!

And yes, I'm not going to upgrade to any further Mac system soon, just to be safe.
