Hello, I have recently installed Acrobat Pro DC (version 2021.001.20155) for a few users in our office (including myself) and have come across an issue when trying to create custom stamps from an image file (.jpg, tif, png). After browsing to the file and selecting it you are presented with a box that just states "unknown error". I have tried this on an older version of Acrobat and it works fine so I know the files are ok. I have also tried the repair installation option under the Help menu. I can create the custom stamps from pdf files. Has anyone else experienced this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi Darrin
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are experiencing trouble in creating custom stamps from the image files and the process works fine with the older version of Acrobat
A new version of Acrobat/Reader DC is now available version 21.05.20048 please try to update the application from the help menu and reboot the computer after updating the application and see if that helps
if it doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that works for you.
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account if you have Mac and try using the application there and check.
Regards
Amal
