I have adobe acrobat loaded on my computer. When I try to export a PDF file to an image, the image comes out blank. There is no image saved and the message I get is that the image may have been moved. I never had this problem before.

Hi @aviva12345 ,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your PDFs. It's always frustrating when technology doesn't cooperate. Let's work together to resolve this issue.
Firstly, I'd like to understand whether this problem is specific to one particular PDF file or if it's occurring with all of your PDFs. To help pinpoint the issue, could you please try opening a different PDF file and see if you encounter the same problem? If the file is on a shared network or drive, downloading it to your local computer might also help.
Additionally, I'd appreciate it if you could walk me through the steps you're taking to export the PDF to an image. If possible, a short video recording of the process would be incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem.
Next, let's ensure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat DC. Please check the version by going to Help > About Acrobat. The latest version should be 23.06.20320. If it's not, you can check for updates by going to Help > Check for updates and then make sure to reboot your computer afterward. If you're on a Windows machine, you can also attempt to repair the installation from the Help menu.
In some cases, resetting Acrobat preferences can resolve issues. You can find instructions on how to do this here: Link to Reset Acrobat Preferences.
If none of these steps prove successful, it might be worth creating a new test user profile on Windows with full admin rights or enabling the root account on macOS to see if the problem persists in a different user environment.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or have any questions. We're here to help 😊
