Cannot "Enable new Acrobat" on Windows 11 notebook - Adobe Acrobat Reader version 2022.003.20314

Hello,

I am unable to enable the new Acrobat features on my Windows 11 notebook. Here is a link showing how to enable the new features, but when I click "view," there is no option anywhere for "Enable new Acrobat."

Introducing the new Acrobat experience (adobe.com)

Is this a bug? It is strange because I can enable this same feature with the same version of Acrobat on my desktop, but not on my notebook. Thank you in advance.

Not all installations have this feature.

To quote the page you linked - "Currently, the new experience is being rolled out as an experiment and available for Acrobat (64-bit) English locale only with no third-party plug-ins installed. The feature may not be available to all users."
