Cannot send pdf form using a "submit" button on a fillable form

After adding a "Submit" button to have a pdf form emailed back to me, as part of testing, I click on the the button and I get the error: "Error while creating message" 

I have used the submit button before on other forms, but even those forms are giving me the same error.

Any help will be appreciated!

Are you using Acrobat or Reader (or something else)? What's the exact version number? What's your OS version?

I am using Acrobat Pro DC, version 2019.21.20056 with Acrobat Accessibility plug version 19.21.20047.354104

I am using Windows 10.

This error usually occurs when Acrobat Reader/ Acrobat has a problem accessing your email client to create a message. make sure the email client is configured properly.

What happens when you open a PDF in Acrobat/ Acrobat Reader and click the envelope button to send the PDF as attachment?

If I use the default email application (outlook) it works ok, however, if I use webmail, eventhough it is open, it gives me the error in creating the message.
