Cannot sign on or register Acrobat Pro DC 19 (Seems it works even is not registered)

 As you can see, I try to sign trough the option sign in / sing out. I dont use the right Sign in because it dont bring anyting.

Then it appears the next message: Initializing registration, wait 1 minute

I didnt get the activation part, but I can use the application, in my case I dont close but everyhing I trying to use sing on is not possible. What can I do for fix it the online option?

If you are still looking for a response, please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4aBSm83, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/40T2JAR and see if that works for you.

Thanks for the info, I tried to clean and donwload as you said but this app is not the same. For example I bought a key from G2A. I donwload the app from: 

https://www.adobe-trials.download/Adobe/Acrobat/Acrobat%20DC/Adobe%20Acrobat%20Pro%20DC.zip

If I try to use  https://adobe.ly/40T2JAR  there is no way to use my key, I did not found it. My key can be use with the trials adobe.

G2A is a marketplace website, and we cannot track the authenticity of the serial shared by them.

Adobe has certified re-sellers who are authorized to sell Adobe Applications. You can refer to the list here: Adobe Partner Connection Portal.

While I understand how frustrating this might be, I might not be able to assist you the best, and I suggest you reach out to the Store's customer support team.

I bought a product key valid, I donwload the software from adobe serials (valid). The app accept my product key, if I put wrong I wont accept it. So this problem is no related with my product key. This is more with the APP support. I want to know why cant finish the process. Where can I dowoload acrobart dc and how to accept my product  key?

Sorry for the delayed response.

If you are still looking for a response, you might want to log in to https://adobe.ly/4mw5UGW to add the serial key you have.

Once added, the page will allow you to download an offline installer of your product.

You can download the installer from there. Post download, run the installer file > it will authenticate your account and fetch the entitlement > the app should start running.
