Hi,
I have downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC app to my Windows 10 machine using my personal email account at Adobe. Then I cancelled my trial it and requested the Pro DC from my company. The request got granted, I got the link for the install. The wrinkle is that they automatically assigned my work email (which is different from my personal email) as my Adobe ID.
Since I had the app installed, i tried following the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/update-acrobat-manually.html, by going to Help --> sign out. The app signs me out and quits; however, as I restart the app, it shows sign-in screen for a split moment and then automatically signs me back in using my personal email address , so I see "Subscription Expired" in the bottom left corner of the app.
I tried unistalling Acrobat Pro DC, uninstalling Creative Cloud, restarting the machine, and re-installing the Acrobat Pro DC. However, it automatically signs me back in using my pesonal email. I can see my subcription in the web browser if I sign in to adobe.com using my corporate email. Any ideas? I have the latest vesion of the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, 2021.007.20099
Thank you,
Sergiy

Hi Sergiy,
Sorry for the delay in response to your issue.
As explained above, the application is keep signing itself even after uninstalling and signing out.
You may please check the email address used to Sign into the Creative Cloud desktop application. Open CCDA app>Help>Sign Out and Sign In with correct email.
Thnaks,
Akanchha
