Please share a screenshot of any particluar error that you receive.

Also confirm the OS and the application versions you are using.

Hi,

I do not receive and error. The problem is clicking on check for updates and nothing happens. No error, no window that says you are up to date or not update to date. There is no help file either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled using the tool from adobe. No change.

Linden2016,

Since you have mentioned you reinstalled the application, it would have automatically installed the latest version.

So, please open the application, go to Help>About Adobe Reader and check the version that is installed.

Also please confirm if you have tried the link I provided earlier.

Another thing to add, I noticed in the registry under HKEY_Local_Machine software Microsoft windows current version run there is no adobe update listed.
