Cant open Adobe

Keep getting windows error that a other instance of program running is preventing this from running; there is no other adobe program open.  This started a few days ago.  I have Adobe DC standard plan

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3Thxw5G , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3IEg1HH and check if that works.
