Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to email the PDF and getting the mentioned error .
Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > ABout Acrobat and make sure you have the application updated to version 21.05.20058. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Windows only) and see if that works.
You may also try removing the email account you have in Adobe Acrobat DC and then add it back and make it default. Navigate to Edit>Preferences>Email accounts>Remove the current email account.
Then reboot the machine and add the email account again from Edit>Preferences>Email accounts.

Could you also please provide the following info?
- Are you using Outlook as your default email client to send the emails, if yes please provide its version with bit info(32 or 64 bit)
-Is the problem started occurring recently, if yes have you updated Windows/Outlook ?
