cant view highlighted text in pdf

i receive a highlighted text pdf document in my mobile phone & when view in mobile pdf, i can see there are a few lines of yellow highlighted text in the document. however when i downloaded it from WhatsApp to pc, the document now is wihout any single line of yellow highlighted text. click the comment & filter by clicking all and yet the yellow line is not showing in my pc.

was using acrobat reader but when this happened, i install acrobat dc pro trial just to check whether it is because of outdated application version problems but i still can view the highlighted text in acrobat dc pro.

anybody can help?  tried to play with the setting but none helps. thanks in advance

We are not able to reproduce the issue at our end. Could you please provide the following info along with the issue snapshot:

 -Version of Acrobat

 -Platform used(Win/Mac) with version details
