Change default margins - Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I would like to create a PDF (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC) with margins other than 1" all around. When I am in the print window and click on the "Page Setup" button, the box where I could change margins is grayed out and no matter what I try, I can't make those options accessible. Can anyone advise me on this? Thank you! Cindy

Acrobat doesn't use margins. The print margins is only showing what the print driver is programmed for it's maximum print area. Acrobat is not for creating docments. Use programs like Word, Indesign or Affinity, and then export to PDF.
