Checkbox position

I try to align a checkbox in a form on the line, but it always bounces to other places. I hold it with the mouse cursor and try to pull it into the position - like I used it to do in the older acrobat versions.  Anyone had this problem too?

Go to View - Show/Hide - Rulers&Grids and tick off "Snap to Grid".
