Fill& Sign does not show any Chinese input. I can do so in Edit, but Fill & Sign does not allow such actions and the form remains blank.
using version 2022.001.20085 on the iMac Pro.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and am sorry for the trouble.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer locally and then try again.
What happens when you try to fill and sign the Chinese characters? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same. Also, a small video recording would be very helpful.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
Regards
Amal

Hi, Are you able to find a solution? I am having the same exact issue. I use a Mac M1 and the Chinese characters will only appear when I type a punctuation sign such as "," first. But as soon as I delete that punctuation, all Chinese character would dissapear.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.01.20093 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and see if that works
If it still doesn't work, would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , and a video recording of the issue and sharing them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

Hi there
It would be super helpful if you can share a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing for more clarity.
Also, collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
