Colour not printing correctly

I had an automatic Adobe update recently come through to my PC and since then when I print our colour documents the colour is not coming out true.  I thought it was our colour photocopier (which is a very modern Samsung machine and prints directly from my computer), but we called out an engineer and he checked everything there was to check and concluded it was the programme I was using and not the photocopier at all.  He printed some documents directly from the photocopier and compared them to the same document sent to the copier from my PDF and there was a definite difference.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem and is there a "fix" for it?
