Combine duplicates in single PDF document without portfolio function

I need to combine pages into a single PDF, but I keep getting a message that duplicates will be merged and I should make a Portfolio instead. However, I do not see how to merge a portfolio into a single file after manipulating it (and perhaps I would get the same "duplicate" message). The pages I am having issues with are duplicates but I need the content to be different (as they currently are as individual pages). Please help!

Before you combine the files flatten the form fields.

If your document contains form fields with the same name, the items will be merged. This most likely will change the content in your PDF in a way you would not want. You have two options:

1. Flatten your form fields (as has been stated)

2. Rename your form fields in one document so they will not be merged into a single value.

The method you use will depend on if you needed those form fields to remain live.
