When I use the convert to DOCX button, while it's converting this error message appears "The specified file could not be written to. It may be in use"  I have closed all files and folders, rebooted, tried using a different folder, changed the file name, and even recreated the files to see if it was a security issue but nothing has corrected it. It starts to convert but when it's wrtting the contents the error message appears and the process stalls. Is there a fix for this?

Hi,

Can you confirm the exact version of your software and operating system?

Also, can you confirm where your file is stored? (local drive, network, cloud...

Have you tried from MS Word to File > Open > select your Pdf > Open ?

Is this hapening only for that file or other pdf too? Have you tried to open it in Acrobat, Make a SaveAs then export the new one?
