Combining Files / Odd Pages

New Here ,
Nov 30, 2021 Nov 30, 2021

Anyone know if it is possible to combine several files in to one pdf and have each individual file you are combining start on an odd page number of the final combined document? e.g. If I am combining 3 files and the first file is 3 pages long, the second file would normally start on page 4. I want Adobe to automatically insert a blank page after the first document so my second doucment in the final combined file starts on page 5. Appreciate blank pages can be added after the files have been combined but I am combining tens and tens of files at once and want to avoid doing it manually after they have been combined.

Acrobat doesn't have such a feature. It's possible to do it with a custom-made script, though.

One option is to first run an Action on the files you want to combine, adding a blank page to the end of each file that has an odd number of pages.
