Combining Open Tabs to Single PDF file

New Here ,
Jun 23, 2021 Jun 23, 2021

I have several email attachments open and not saved yet as individual pdf files. Is there a way to combine the open TABS into one single pdf without first saving each file individual and then combining the files?

I have to drag/drop each file into one of the pdfs until they are all together so i can save them. Surely there is a faster wy when you have 20-30 open tabs!

Thank you.

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

When you open multiple PDF attachments within your Adobe Acrobat DC, it does let you combine them in one-go without asking you to save it to the system first.

Below are the exact steps to perform:

1- Open all the PDF attachments you would like to view

2- Select any one of them and Click>Combine files

3- Choose>Add files or Add Open files

Add open files.JPGexpand image

4- This option will combine all the PDFs which are currently Open in tabs.

5- Once your Combined file is ready, you can Save it on your system.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Akanchha

You forgot to mention you need a PAID account in order to perform the "Combine" procedure.
