We have an issue where our staff with active Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses and the app installed on their windows 11 laptop cannot combine or save files as PDF when sourced from Word or Excel.
An error is given relating to the PDFMaker
We can confirm that the add-in Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin is Active and enabled.
We have tried repairing and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro,
and also enabling all Macros in Word/Excel with no success,
we have confirmed that the PDFMOfficeAddin.dll/PDFMExcel.dll is present.
We have also tried to save from Word using Save as Adobe PDF which works OK.
We also confirmed that the combining/conversion works OK via the browser version.
Can you suggest any other ways we can get this to work or what may be causing this issue?

Hi @itd95023196,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble!
While sharing the version of Acrobat, would you mind tying the steps mentioned here: Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated
Also, please help us gather the logs from your machine: https://adobe.ly/3Vc0iGG. Please make sure Procmon is selected. You can upload logs using this tool and share your Unique log ID with us.
