Comment Summary not working

I just added five comments to a 3-pages PDF document.

Whteher I print or create a Comment Summary, the outcome is hundreds of seemingly corrupted pages.

I have already tried updating and repairing installation, but it's not helping. I have version 2021.005.20060

Does anybody know how can I overcome this issue?

Hey!

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. 

The outcome of the comment summary doesn't look appropriate. Would you mind telling the exact steps of extracting comment summary?

A couple of few things you need to check as well-

1- Is this document secured? Open PDF>Ctrl+d (document properties)>Security

2- Check with a different file

3- If you experience the same issue with multiple files then change this security setting and check back:

Navigate to Adobe Acrobat>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat

Note: these changes are only for testing purpose. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

I did a quick check but the issue did not occur for me, could you please let us know the following info to look into it further?

-Is this a recent break?

-System details ?
