Comment Text Selection is Highlighting an Area Not the Words with Pro DC

This was originally saved as a dynamic XML form, completed by a user and then printed to PDF. A reviewer is trying to add comments to the 'Print to PDF' version, not the dynamic version.  Any ideas why this might happen or how to fix it?

Figured out the problem and posting an answer in case others have this issue.  After filling out the dynamic PDF, the user was selecting the printer 'CutePDF Writer' instead of 'Adobe PDF'.
