Comments counts are not showing wrong

HI all,

We have issues in Comment counts.

Author supplied us PDF, which have around 80 comments.

When we open PDF in Acrobat DC reader/professional, it shows 10 comments, but when we scroll down till end of page it shows 80 comments.

Is there is any way to display count once we open the PDF.

Previous version Acrobat are not having these type of issues.

Hi haarishm88832877,

Thanks for posting your query.

If we open "Comment" tool, it should display all the comments and count in RHP.

Please find the snapshot showing the comments in RHP-

CommentsList.JPG

Kindly send the issue's snapshot if it is not the case with your Acrobat DC reader/professional to get the insight of it.

Regards,

Arvind

Hi arvindy

Thanks for the response.

I can see the comments in the "RHP" panel, but the count is wrong.

While opening the PDF it shows us "10 comments", when I scroll down the page till end it shows "80 comments".

My question is: why this "80 comments" not showing upfront, once we open the PDF.

Is there is any preference setting need to update.

Shaji
