Comments Filtering Apply Button

Not sure if this a issue with Sonoma 14.1 or Acrobat. But the 'Clear All' and 'Apply' buttons in comments seem to be broken.

When I apply any filtering to comments and click on the apply button it just closes the filtering drop down and does not apply the chosen filtering. Same also happend when trying to use the clear all button.

Is this is an issue that anyone else is having or have a workaround for?

It's is a real pain when you have a lot of comments and want to use it as tick/todo list so completed items are hidden when you tick them and the next one moves up the list.

Hi, I did not encounter this issue before, but I would recommend you open the same file on a different computer to rule out a Operating System issue.

If the issue is only on your Mac, after updating your software and OS, you can add it as a bug to https://acrobat.uservoice.com

Hi Eric,

Good thought, I didn't test on my Windows machine. But good news, it was deffinatly an OS issue. Fixed with yesterdays Sonoma 14.1.1 update. I did read about a simlimar issue in Photoshop that this OS update fixed as well.

Thanks for the reply, Craig 🙂
