Good morning, we are receiving an error message when attempting to use commonlook PDF with the latest version of adobe acrobat. We have installed the software however, the plug in is not performing correctly.
Attached is the error message and the section of adobe that is not showing up in our adobe acrobat.
We are using Adobe Acrobat V23.001 and common look pdf V5.13
