Compare files result page messes up side-by-side comparison

How do I get rid of the results page when comparing files? The option to toggle show/hide summary is gray in the file a printer sent me that already created the comparison. But the comparison feature is useless with the results page in first position. Any ideas? Do I need to ask the printer to change a setting? If so, which one? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are referring to the Compare Results page that is added to the PDF created after the two PDFs are compared, it is not possible to remove that page by default. 

You may remove that page from the PDF using the Organize Pages tool. Open the PDF and go to Tools > Organize Pages. Select the page and click on the delete icon. Save the changes.

Check if that works for you.

Thanks, Meenakshi. That is the page I'm referring to. I tried deleting with the Organize pages tool, only to find that the page doesn't show up when you use that tool! Left me puzzled!

So, I figured out a workaround - I simply added another page to the beginning of the "new" doc and it fixed the sequencing.
