Conversion pdf to doc

Hi!

I scanned a bit Of text and created a pdf. Then I asked Adobe to change it from pdf to word but there are many words that are missing and the quality of the scan is not good.
this happens especially with the Chinese and German languages.

therefore, I am unhappy with the purchase 😞 can someone help me? Maybe I should change some settings?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also, please share the PDF file in question so that we can check it at our end

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to create te PDF file? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.3.20322 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
