Convert DWF to PDF Problem ?

I was using Acrobat to convert a lot of DWF files to PDF without issue.

but today when I try to conver some DWF files, it stopped working with all files. And this message was appeerd:

" conversion of this file format to pdf is not supported "

I using Adobe Acrobat Pro (32-bit) 2022.003.20263

what can I do to solve this problem ???

Thank you for reaching out.

As the issue occurred recently, try to repair the application installation. In the application, go to  Help > Repair Installation.

Check if that helps.

Did you create the DWF files or receive from another source?

If you have old DWF files that you could convert, check if you get the error for those.

It would be helpful if you can share the screen recording for the same.

Hello, 

If you have a normal .dwf file you can easily convert the file to PDF format using Acrobat, however, if you havea  3D .dwf file, try the following:

Your 3D DWF files can easily be converted into 3D PDFs with the Autodesk Design Review Software.

1. Open your DWF file in the Autodesk Design Review Software.
2. Press Ctrl+P on your keyboard.
3. Change your printer to Adobe PDF and select OK.
4. In the Save File dialog box, change the save location to your desktop, name your file, and save it.
5. Wait for the printing process to complete. Your DWF file will be converted to a PDF file.
6. Double-click the PDF you saved to ensure that it has been converted. The file should automatically open in Adobe Acrobat.
